Avana Wellness Center works with a range of insurance plans so our patients can get the care they need. If we are not in network with your insurance, we can provide you with a service invoice/receipt (sometimes referred to as a super bill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some insurances such as Kaiser and Tricare may need Authorization prior to appointment. Please call our office if you have any questions.
