Katherine Gardenier, MS
Katherine (she/her) is passionate about fostering a safe, empowering space where clients can learn and grow. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from West
Virginia University. Katherine has experience supporting children, families, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation.
Katherine adopts a holistic, person-centered approach to treatment, recognizing the multifaceted nature of individual wellbeing. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness skills, and is dedicated to meeting clients where they are in their journey toward healing and growth.
