Dr. Felix is licensed as a psychologist in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, and is certified through Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by the PSYPACT Commission. She earned her doctorate in Psychology at Argosy University in Arlington, Virginia, completed her internship at MercyFirst in New Work, and completed her post-doctorate residency at Patuxent Institution in Jessup, Maryland. Dr. Felix specializes in providing both forensic (criminal and civil) psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
